Job Responsibilities
1. To organize and formulate the overall plan and construction design of the project, and take overall responsibility for a series of management work of production, operation, quality, safety, civilization and finance of the project department.
2. Be responsible for compiling and implementing various construction schemes and schedule, monthly and weekly work arrangements of the whole project.
3. Strict quality management to ensure that construction quality meets the requirements of national standards or contracts;
4. Reasonable organization and dispatch of production factors, implement the responsibilities of organization, planning, command, coordination, control and encouragement in daily work, and ensure the realization of the objectives of project quality, safety, civilization, time limit and benefit;
5. Urge the construction unit to make progress payment in time, speed up capital turnover, do a good job in cost accounting of the project, activate the use of funds, and audit various expenditures;
6. To coordinate and resolve the relationship with Party A, supervision, subcontractors and competent industry departments to ensure the normal operation of the project;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job Requirements
1. Certificate of First Class Constructor Registration and Certificate of Senior Engineer of the People's Republic of China
2. Experience in curtain wall and decoration
